Myths, Legends and Dreams
  • What is it? Mask making for children aged 6-12 and accompanying adults,
    making masks of mythical heroes and monsters

Animals and Birds in Pastel/Pastel Pencils
  • What is it?How to paint realistic animals and birds. Advice on materials for best results

Horizons between the earth, river and sky.
A mindfulness approach to create ways of seeing
  • What is it? Join me for a fun afternoon exploring new ways of discovering the landscape.
  • What to bring? Camera, sketch book, pencils or materials.
  • When? Sunday 1 July and Sunday 8 July, 2 - 3.30pm

Finding the Story
  • What is it? Exploration of picture making. Using tools of composition, viewpoint,
    depth of field, and shutter speed. Emphasis on fun.

The Art of Beautiful Writing.
  • What is it? Learn the basics of letterforms and write out a short poem or quotation
    by the end of the day.

Poetry Workshop with Helen Lawrenson
  • What is it? Explore different approaches to writing poetry, led by experienced teacher and prizewinning poet Helen Lawrenson. Refreshments provided. All ages and abilities welcome.
